2. Park your car strategically

If you are going to be sleeping in the car at a National Park, I’d highly recommend you park your car at level ground.

This will help you find a good comfortable sleeping position. That means, therefore, that you will be able to quickly catch some sleep, especially if you are tired.

Another great way of parking your car is at a spot where the street lights are not directly on your face/eyes as you sleep.

That’s because you will have a hard time falling asleep in the car quickly.

3. Buy sleeping-in-the-car accessories

Sleeping-in-the-car accessories do a great job of providing you with more comfort and hence you’re able to quickly fall asleep in the car.

A few good examples include, a good mattress, window covers/curtains to combat street lights, a good sleeping bag and so much more.

4. Ensure that the car has good ventilation.

If you do not have good ventilation inside the car, condensation may end up making the car damp and gross.

To prevent this, you can install rain shields on the windows. This will allow them to slightly open without a visible gap showing on the outside.

This way you will be more comfortable and thus will be able to fall asleep quickly.
