Spending time with friends on a weekend is genuinely entertaining.
However, most people have a hard time figuring out what to do on the weekend, especially when in the company of their friends.

1. Play football when tipsy
In order to play, you first need to divide yourselves into two teams and then pick a referee.
The referee should pour drinks and wait for the players to get drunk.
NOTE: The referee should not drink. Those who don’t drink should pick their favorite team to cheer them up as they play.
The players then need to play a football match when they are slightly drunk. The winning team and their cheering squad then get rewarded with a great prize.
Playing football when tipsy results in endless fun, laughter, and memories that live forever in your friendship.

2. Russian Submarine game
The Russian Submarine is a great game that could last for a couple of days. This makes it even more fun to play with friends on a weekend.
How to play the Russian Submarine game with friends:
First of all, this game is more fun when played in one of your friend’s houses/apartments.
To play this game, you first need to cover all the windows completely, including the cracks of the doors. You can use blankets to cover up.
You then need to remove all the light bulbs in the apartment and replace them with a single red bulb.
Then get some snacks and drinks.
You are all then supposed to stay in that apartment until one of you feels like they can’t take it anymore and possibly opens the door or the windows.
If anyone opens the doors or windows, they automatically lose and should be “punished” according to the game rules.
This game is fun and a great way to test who among you can’t withstand certain conditions.

3. Geocaching
If you are looking for a great outdoor activity to do with your friends, and one that does not involve getting drunk, then you need to try Geocaching.
I recommend getting the app, to have a better idea.
I consider this game a great way to explore and have fun as you exercise both your body and mind.
4. Play lawn games
Again, if you are into outdoor activities, I’d recommend playing the following lawn games when hanging out with friends on the weekend.
- Mini Golf.
- Frisbee.
- Croquet.
I see these games as a perfect way of passing time with friends while having some fun playing and challenging yourselves.

5. Play the paintball game
This game is very addictive but in a good way just because of how fun it is to play with friends.
How to play:
First, divide yourselves into two teams.
Teammates should then pick one person from each side to be their designated shooter.
The designated shooters (one on each team) are then blindfolded.
The rest of the teammates from each team should then give their designated shooters voice commands to take out their opponent (the other team’s designated shooter).
NOTE: Everyone can take turns to be the shooter.
This game is hilarious and is a cheap way to spend time with friends as you bond.
6. Picnics
If games are not your cup of tea, you can pick a good place and go for a picnic with friends.
Each one of you could bring a meal from home and then set up a nice and simple picnic. Then chat and reminisce about the good old times.
7. Play the left-right game
If you are traveling together with friends on a weekend, you could explore your destination by playing the left-right game.
The game is even more entertaining when you’re driving in the streets with friends.
For instance, you go left at the first intersection, then go right at the second intersection. Repeat that until one of you chickens out.
The left-right game always ends up taking you to new and interesting places.
8. Go to free events
You will be surprised by the number of free events near you where you could hang out during the weekend.
Google is your friend!
These free events could be concerts, movies, theaters, or even farmers’ markets.
9. Exercise together
Exercising with friends is another great way to pass time on the weekend.
And to make it even more fun, you could find a scenic trail and go jogging together.
You could also do yoga together while indoors.
10. Go camping
Camping with friends is another cheap way to hang out together as you enjoy mother nature.
